MAPEI Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team in the production of construction chemicals and building materials. You will organize resources, supervise staff, ensure safety, and monitor quality to meet schedules and standards.

This role offers a base salary between $75,000 and $85,000 depending on experience, with a biweekly shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shifts and a competitive benefits package including 401(k) matching, medical,

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with manufacturing or process environment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with computers.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Must be able to accommodate 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards.
• Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
