Job summary

MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals, seeks a Batch Maker Production Operator in Saint Charles, IL to prepare and blend raw materials with accuracy and safety.

You will follow schedules, operate mixing equipment, and ensure proper material handling while maintaining clean, compliant work areas. Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience; ability to lift up to 55 lbs. forklift certification a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Flexibility for overtime and shift hours.
• Minimum 2+ years manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules to prepare batches and add ingredients in order.
• Confirm availability and accurate measurement of pre-weighed ingredients.
• Operate mixing machines to ensure proper blending.
• Transfer materials within the facility to maintain supply flow.
• Prepare, label, and send samples to Quality Control (QC).
• Organize, label, and palletize products for shipping or storage.
• Maintain accurate records meeting quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and lift trucks safely to support production.
