Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking an Advanced Process Operator to safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for preparing, blending and packaging products. You will coordinate production activities, support other operators and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, verifying materials, monitoring batching systems, and reporting concerns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
• Minimum of three or more years manufacturing/process experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment to prepare, blend, process and package products.
• Verify materials are measured and added in the correct sequence.
• Monitor batching systems, controls and gauges; address operating issues.
• Coordinate workflow and communicate production and Quality Control instructions.
• Train and provide day-to-day guidance to Process Operators as directed.
• Maintain production records and report safety or quality concerns.
