Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure efficient and safe practices on the production line, align with the plant schedule, and uphold quality standards across all shifts.

You will verify start-up readiness, oversee line changeovers, monitor MTBF and downtime, manage KPIs within the OPEX budget, and lead a team on the floor. Regular shifts are Tuesday–Saturday, 9pm–6am, with occasional day/night cover. Pay range $67,618–$79,550 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years of work experience required.
• Minimum of two years of manufacturing industry experience required; beverage/consumer goods preferred.
• Experience supervising or managing employees in an operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify readiness of the production line at start-up and oversee changeovers.
• Analyze data to determine corrective actions for MTBF and downtime.
• Manage line efficiencies, KPIs, and production downtime within the OPEX budget.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance and lead continuous improvement on the line.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development of production team members.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, QA, and warehouse to hit KPIs.
