Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks an Operator Manufacturing IV to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. You will inspect parts and adjust tools to meet quality specs and support the line.

You will lead peers on the production line, train new associates, and help with setup and changeovers. Schedule is Mon-Fri 2:00p–10:30p, with occasional weekend shifts; require 1–3 years experience and a HS diploma or GED.

• 1 to 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and performs preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Inspects parts and makes adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality specifications.
• Assists with setting up and operating production equipment following established procedures and guidelines.
• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Serves as a peer leader for the assigned production line.
