FLSA Status: Exempt
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the construction of factory built housing within a manufacturing plant.
Directly supervises employees in the plant. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
