Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in factory-built housing construction.
• Studies production schedules and assigns employees to meet schedules.
• Enforces safety regulations and company policies.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production goals.
• Suggests changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Calculates time card totals and production records.
• Inspects materials and sets up machines and equipment.
