Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Millen, GA is seeking a full-time Parts Coordinator to join our Service team.

You will ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with Purchasing to purchase them. Essential duties include reviewing service orders for correct parts, gathering parts, tracking items returned to vendors, filing paperwork, and delivering parts in the southeast GA/SC/AL/FLA area, usually within one day.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Review each service order for correct parts
• Gather parts needed for service work order
• Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts in the southeast GA/SC/AL/FLA areas for customers/contractors, usually one-day turnaround trip
