Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in San Luis Obispo, CA to supervise daily production and processing activities. You will drive efficiency, ensure SOP compliance, manage staff performance and safety, and report to the Operations Manager.

Candidates should have process improvement experience and ERP/OEE familiarity. The role emphasizes safe operations, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/PeopleSoft) and OEE (RedZone) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of production and processing teams.
• Minimize line downtime and improve efficiency and process consistency.
• Ensure safety and SOP compliance; manage attendance and performance issues.
