Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed is seeking a Production Supervisor in Louisiana to lead manufacturing operations, develop talent, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, quality and sustainable results.

You will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety compliance, and advance continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, including Lean and WCM programs. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Requires AAS or BS in Engineering or equivalent; 3–5+ years supervisory experience in ops/manufacturing.
• Three+ years leadership in operations; manufacturing preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of production employees with coaching and training.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Monitor processes and performance to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Drive Lean and World Class Manufacturing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production challenges.
