• Minimum of three years manufacturing experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations required.
• Experience in union environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department/building operations are safe, efficient and effective.
• Lead, coach and mentor staff with clear direction.
• Schedule manpower to meet plant timelines and production goals.
• Monitor weekly schedules with Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics.
• Ensure availability of product quantities and raw materials.
• Drive cost savings via Lean initiatives and Six Sigma projects.
• Lead investigations, manufacturing exceptions, and CAPAs with detailed records.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, SOPs, DOT, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
