Lapeyre Stair is seeking a Production Lead to play a key role in manufacturing operations in New Orleans. This on-site position leads production personnel, guides shift workflow, and champions safety, housekeeping, and lean initiatives.

You will help maintain high quality standards for finished goods and manage shift staffing while collaborating with the Production Manager on performance reviews and coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Interest in coaching and developing people; able to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficient with email and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct production personnel on shift.
• Provide on-shift workflow direction to the factory team.
• Participate in plant safety, housekeeping, and lean manufacturing programs.
• Maintain high standards for finished goods quality.
• Manage labor resources on shift and communicate staffing needs.
