Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging in North America seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, plan schedules, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will mentor teams, coordinate with supervisors, read charts and schedules, and implement improvements under Six Sigma/Lean practices.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in manufacturing, knowledge of PLC controls, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a high-speed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-speed manufacturing and PLC controls.
• Knowledge of electrical and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and train associates.
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost and morale with continuous improvement.
• Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet daily goals.
• Coordinate operations with other supervisors and managers.
• Inspect materials and equipment to detect defects and determine solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and production standards.
