Job summary

Ardagh Group is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the production team and coordinate daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage approximately 25 hourly associates per shift, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across can/end production processes.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting customer requirements and production targets in a high-speed setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work in a high speed environment and process information to make good decisions.
• Administrative and management knowledge in planning, resource allocation, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of approximately 25 hourly associates per shift.
• Ensure safety and sanitation regulations are enforced.
• Read and analyze schedules, work orders, and production plans to meet customer requirements and coordinate operations across the location.
• Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet daily goals and inspect materials and equipment for defects.
