Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor in Iowa to lead and motivate a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will plan daily activities, train crew members, and resolve downtime issues while monitoring performance against targets.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, plus background in manufacturing, lean tools, and strong communication skills to collaborate with maintenance and management.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is preferred, or equivalent and applicable work-related experience.
• Experience in blown film industry is a plus.
• Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods/tools a plus.
• Industrial Safety Training experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute and lead the assigned production area.
• Meet safety, quality, delivery, production, cost and communication objectives.
• Maintain logs and reporting documentation; adhere to safety procedures.
