Job summary

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and proven leadership in manufacturing. Strong communication, problem-solving, and willingness to extend hours when required are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: 5S/Lean or other continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leaders and hourly production members; ensure a safe work environment and accountability.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive continuous improvement; conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule to meet quality and productivity requirements.
• Maintain inventory control for raw materials and coordinate with sourcing and quality.
