Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production staff; maintain safe work environment and accountability.
• Develop and audit daily standard work; drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain production schedule, inventory control, and cross‑functional coordination to meet targets.
• Capture and analyze productivity data; communicate data-driven decisions to stakeholders.
• Document training needs, conduct interviews, and manage staffing for open positions.
