Job summary

You will develop standard work, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with supply chain, quality, and shipping to meet production targets while maintaining inventory control and a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership position (team lead, supervisor, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leaders and hourly production staff; ensure a safe work environment and accountability.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive continuous improvement; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain inventory control for raw materials needed in the department.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, shipping and other departments to meet targets.
