Job summary

WireCo WorldGroup is hiring a Production Operator to support a range of manufacturing operations including fabrication, material handling, inventory, shipping, and general production tasks. You will work across multiple work areas, operate equipment, and help ensure safe, timely production of high-quality products.

The role requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow ISO 9001 QMS procedures. Cross-training and teamwork are emphasized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential for a team-based production environment.
• Attention to detail is required to ensure quality and accuracy in all records.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, schedules, and quality specs.
• High school diploma or GED is a minimum educational requirement.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple manufacturing disciplines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform production, fabrication, material handling, inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Fabricate, assemble, package, inspect, and prepare products per work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
• Move materials, stage product, and transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Receive materials, verify quantities and documentation, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform routine quality inspections.
