Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; associate or bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years manufacturing leadership experience; able to lead teams of 10+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, production scheduling, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies preferred; familiarity with regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Execute production schedules by prioritizing work and allocating resources across departments.
• Monitor KPIs, labor utilization, quality, and schedule adherence; drive improvements.
• Communicate priorities and risks to staff and cross-functional teams; ensure accurate ERP and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies; implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Escalate constraints and risks to enable proactive planning and problem-solving.
• Support continuous improvement projects and maintain process documentation.
