Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
• Experience with ERP systems, production scheduling, and Lean Manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace/defense preferred.
• ITAR awareness or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer requirements.
• Execute production schedules by prioritizing work, allocating labor and equipment resources, and coordinating with supporting departments.
• Monitor KPIs, production goals, labor utilization, quality metrics, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate priorities and status to employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams; maintain ERP transactions and production documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies; implement actions to improve productivity and reliability.
