Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor in Lebanon, PA to oversee manufacturing activities, lead production staff, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including quality, inventory, and logistics.

Evening/weekend shifts may be required and a high school diploma is required with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

Bridge communication between Production and Quality, Inventory, and Logistics departments.

Responsibilities

Supervises production personnel engaged in manufacturing operations.
Achieves safety, productivity, quality, and profitability targets through operational strategies.
Allocates lines to Line Leads and ensures proper staffing and task assignment.
Monitors line performance, communicates daily goals, and drives efficiency improvements.
Coordinates staffing, training, and employee relations; supports GMP compliance.
