Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing team members, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Mentor and motivate team to meet productivity and quality metrics.
• Manage planning, scheduling and material flow to meet production schedules.
• Act as communications hub for the team with management.
• Monitor production metrics, conduct safety inspections and root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement with manufacturing engineers.
