Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops daily work priorities and guides assembly team.
• Manages workflow and assigns tasks to meet deadlines.
• Communicates status and issues to leadership when obstacles arise.
• Uses visual boards and direct communication to coordinate work.
• Attends production meetings to align with company and customer needs.
• Oversees first piece process to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Manages employee scheduling for equitable workload distribution.
• Ensures training records and cross-training as required.
