Prattwhitney in McKinney, TX, is seeking a production planning and manufacturing operations professional for 1st shift on-site duties. You will lead a production team, apply lean principles, and coordinate with multiple functions to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing/operations, experience with planning and shop floor systems, and U.S. citizenship is required for this program access. Relocation benefits are not mentioned.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in production, manufacturing, or operations.
Experience managing a production team or group of employees.
Experience in planning/scheduling and lean manufacturing concepts.
U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsabilités

Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule on the factory floor.
Supervise day-to-day factory operations and resource loading.
Interface with Production Associates, Control, Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and Factory Management.
Plan workforce, forecast needs, train employees, track time/attendance, and manage area layout.
Engage with other functions to drive cost, quality, and schedule improvements.
Willing to work off-shift and overtime as needed.
