Job summary

RTX is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to provide direction to employees on 2nd Shift / Weekend Night Shift at Pratt & Whitney facilities in the US. You will lead engagement, implement continuous improvement, manage daily schedules, and drive production efficiency while ensuring safety and quality goals are met.

Expect strong collaboration with management, problem-solving, and adherence to SPS practices to meet customer demand and financial targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience or Master's with 2+ years.
2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required.
U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

Providing direction to employees.
Leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective communication, and execution with support group members.
Establish work schedules and monthly delivery plans considering resource availability that align with customer needs and satisfy financial obligations.
Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building through daily toolbox meetings, effective communications, and in developing an efficient team that is responsive to production requirements and changes.
