You will develop employees, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards while coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, quality systems, and safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, production documents, and technical procedures.
• Ability to analyze operational issues, prioritize work, and make sound business decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
