Job summary

Badger Meter is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly staff across multiple manufacturing departments, ensuring safe, efficient operations aligned with quality standards and production schedules.

You will coach employees, communicate with managers, use lean methods to improve procedures, manage labor and equipment utilization, and enforce safety rules to maintain a productive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in operations and prior supervisory/lead experience desired.
• Must be familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets; CPR and First Aid training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to hourly employees in a manufacturing environment and manage workflow and productivity.
• Communicate with managers and peers on operating conditions and drive improvements.
• Utilize lean methods to develop and implement operational solutions and ensure safety and quality compliance.
