Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• CPR and First Aid training.
• Ability to think and react quickly to production challenges.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees in a manufacturing environment and manage workflow.
• Communicate goals and conditions to managers and direct reports.
• Improve procedures using lean manufacturing methods.
• Ensure safety, policies, and labor contract compliance.
• Develop and implement training for new and existing employees.
