Amarr seeks a strategic, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Mocksville, NC manufacturing operations. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while building a high-performing team and promoting continuous improvement.

This role emphasizes leadership development, lean practices, and collaboration across functions to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, a relevant degree, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence.
• Ability to develop people, foster engagement, and create an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Develop staffing, training, and retention plans; coach and evaluate Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental requirements.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage costs to support budgets.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
