Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 0–5 years of professional work experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, internships, projects, athletics, military service, or early career roles

• Ability to communicate effectively with frontline employees and leadership
• High level of ownership, initiative, and learning agility

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of 20+ production associates
• Establish safety, quality, and productivity expectations
• Provide consistent feedback, recognition, and coaching
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training
• Foster a positive, performance-driven team culture
• Execute daily production plans to meet targets
• Plan staffing and workflow
• Monitor performance metrics and address gaps
• Collaborate with plant leadership to anticipate needs
• Investigate deviations using root-cause analysis
