Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive improvements across value streams, focusing on Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery and Productivity. You will lead Lean/DBS initiatives and develop action plans with data-driven root-cause analysis to achieve breakthrough KPI results.

You will collaborate with engineering, purchasing and CI teams to prioritize projects, develop new processes and production controls, and prepare operations manuals for current and new equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA), statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning, and tolerance analysis.
• Strong quality process background with knowledge of FMEA, DOE, and Failure Analysis.
• Strong knowledge and experience with complex manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support and facilitate daily manufacturing operations, addressing gaps in documentation, process, and material flow.
• Lead the implementation of Lean/DBS tools via Kaizens to achieve targeted performance levels and conduct root cause analysis.
• Research and implement advanced technology solutions to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery/Lead Time, Inventory, and Productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and continuous improvement teams to prioritize projects.
• Oversee the development of new processes, methods, and production controls, and prepare operations manuals for new or existing equipment.
• Travel as required up to 10%.
