Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a safe, engaged, high-performing manufacturing team in Putnam, CT. You will drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost while developing frontline talent and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this on-site role emphasizes Daily Management, problem solving, and cross-functional partnership with Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading employees in manufacturing/production with safety, quality, and performance accountability.
• Proven coaching and development of frontline staff in a positive, engaged environment.
• Experience using performance metrics and data to drive decisions and meet objectives.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methods like Lean, DBS, Kaizen, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost objectives.
• Develop, coach, and hold frontline teams accountable while fostering engagement and teamwork.
• Drive Daily Management processes including tier meetings, visual management, standard work, and performance tracking with safety and quality adherence.
• Monitor metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions via structured problem solving.
• Partner with HR on employee relations, attendance, performance, and development.
