Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading employees in manufacturing with safety, quality, and performance accountability.
• Strong coaching and development skills to foster engagement and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost objectives.
• Develop, coach, and hold frontline teams accountable while fostering engagement and teamwork.
• Drive Daily Management processes including tier meetings, visual management, standard work, and performance tracking.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving.
• Partner with HR on employee relations, attendance, performance development, and succession planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using DBS, Kaizen, root cause analysis, countermeasures, and waste reduction.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, and resource planning to meet demand and strategic goals.
