Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• GDP knowledge and good documentation practices (GDP).
• Ability to read/write in English and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong math skills and ability to perform English/metric conversions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the production area to meet cost, delivery, safety, waste, volume, and quality standards.
• Coordinate work schedules, staffing and production sequences to maximize productivity.
• Direct, assign and support employees; ensure materials/resources are available; comply with work instructions and customer specs.
• Adhere to safety requirements and PPE/clothing policies; train new employees and document qualifications.
• Monitor material levels and communicate needs to re-order as applicable.
• Provide information to identify barriers to timely product delivery and supervise all PPC production areas.
