A rapidly expanding, 100% employee-owned organization is seeking a dedicated Production Lead for their first shift operations.

Compensation:

$62,600 annually

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 5 AM to 1:30 PM, with additional overtime required as necessary

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct manufacturing staff while managing essential administrative tasks.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Analyze production schedules and order details to effectively plan daily operations.
• Identify, propose, and execute process enhancements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to suggest plant investments that improve safety, output, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a primary leader for the department and act as the designated substitute for the production manager.
• Optimize the distribution of personnel and assets to align with current production demands.

Required Qualifications
