The role focuses on the current week, applying performance tools for rapid improvements and driving day-to-day production operations as assigned. You will set and communicate objectives, coach staff, and ensure adherence to standard work and company values.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of manufacturing or production supervision experience.
Experience supervising hourly associates is preferred.
Knowledge of HACCP/ISO/Six Sigma/Lean principles is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to meet quality, safety, and deadline targets.
Monitor production output and report performance; identify efficiency issues and improvements.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure safe equipment use and maintenance scheduling.
Plan and manage resources; resolve production interruptions to meet period goals.
Train new employees on safe procedures and standard work practices.
Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to staff.
Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow by assigning duties.
