Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a equivalent manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience managing production departments.
• Intermediate Excel skills: formulas and functions, data analysis, production metrics tracking; pivot tables preferred.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production activities for multiple teams.
• Monitor production floor to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Develop weekly and monthly production goals.
• Lead and develop Production Supervisors and staff.
• Coordinate with Sales, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, Safety, Remanufacturing, and Finance.
• Generate and analyze production reports and monitor metrics.
