Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Oklahoma City is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations, supervise the production team, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will drive line efficiencies, manage KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a willingness to adapt schedules and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in science preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory roles overseeing people and processes.
• Manufacturing environment and ISO working environment experience preferred.
• Strong organization, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Manage line efficiencies, KPIs and downtime.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Monitor production process and adjust equipment/work practices as SOPs require.
• Ensure equipment is working and conditions are safe at all times.
• Verify start-up readiness and supervise change overs.
• Manage quality to meet standards and specifications.
• Support Good Manufacturing Practices and Coca-Cola Quality system.
• Complete daily production reports and track/rank reports.
• Flex schedule to meet business demands.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Internal Audit, HR and others to resolve issues.
