Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, engineering support functions, or industrial operations.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of safety and food safety standards (OSHA, GMP, SQF, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using CMMS or similar maintenance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to engineering technicians and stockroom coordinators.
• Coordinate work priorities and resources across engineering support functions.
• Support execution of engineering and maintenance projects, including system improvements and process optimization.
• Ensure inventory control and timely availability of spare parts and materials.
• Collaborate with maintenance, controls, and other plant functions to improve equipment reliability.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement activities related to equipment performance and safety.
