Qualifications

• 5+ years of production supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, procedures, and manufacturing docs.
• Strong leadership with coaching, mentoring, and motivation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing/inventory/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to maximize team performance.
• Monitor metrics and visual management to achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, equipment issues, and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with quality and operations teams to meet customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement while managing priorities and resources.
