Job summary

Wis-Pak in Minnesota is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production teams, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive operational efficiency across shifts.

You will develop talent, manage performance, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to meet daily and quarterly goals. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Monitor processes and equipment to maximize productivity.
• Organize and adjust work schedules to meet production demands.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure food safety compliance.
• Participate in facility metrics reporting and support Wis-Pak's strategic goals.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
