Job summary

Mativ in Greenfield, MA is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead all production operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery while aligning with SQCDP priorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of manufacturing leadership, and a proven track record in Lean and process improvement; you will coach frontline leaders and collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-shift manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading production teams and developing frontline leaders.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience using operational metrics to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People objectives.
• Develop and execute production strategies and optimize manufacturing performance.
• Coach and develop Production Managers and Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR and other functions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement and operational excellence across Production.
