Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with supervision

• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and problem-solving
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, lead and support Production Supervisors to meet daily/weekly targets
• Support workforce planning, training and leadership development
• Mentor teams to enhance skills and performance, and manage learning and development
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with company values and engagement
• Serve as acting Plant Manager when needed and contribute to strategic planning
