The role requires reporting to department managers, coordinating attendance and schedules, and guiding the team to meet deadlines with a strong emphasis on quality and safety throughout the plant.

• Oversees attendance tracking, reporting, and shift coverage.
• Performs daily safety walks and audits.
• Maintains quality standards across the plant.
