Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor in Lebanon, PA to lead production personnel and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with Line Leads to meet daily production goals, coordinate staffing, and maintain GMP compliance while driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production personnel across all facets of manufacturing.
• Ensures safety, productivity, quality, and customer service targets are met.
• Manages line setups, staffing, and daily production goals with Line Leads.
• Monitors efficiency data and drives continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensures GMP compliance and maintains quality documentation.
• Supports capacity planning and scheduling to meet on-time delivery.
