Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CNC experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work efficiently.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
• Demonstrates teamwork, dependability, and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities
