Blair Image Elements in Altoona, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and drive process improvements.

You will oversee production staff, schedule workflows, participate in meetings, and coach the team to meet company standards while promoting a positive culture. If you have 1–2 years supervisory experience and ERP knowledge, you could join our growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CNC experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work efficiently.
• MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems experience.
• Demonstrates teamwork, dependability and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safe, on-time, quality work.
• Lead production employees and manage daily workflows.
• Plan and assign work to maintain efficient flow between departments.
• Participate in routine production meetings and set schedules.
• Coach, give feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Enforce company policies and promote Blair Image Elements values.
