Blair Image Elements in Altoona, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production while coaching and developing team members.

You'll oversee scheduling, coordinate with departments, implement process improvements, and uphold company policies. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years’ supervisory experience are preferred; CNC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CNC experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.
• Lead production employees, organize daily workflows, and monitor performance.
• Coach, train, and evaluate staff; enforce policies.
• Participate in routine production meetings and plan work between departments.
