Job summary

Amrize in Daniels, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily production, coordinating activities across two portable plants, and ensuring uninterrupted supply along with a strong safety culture.

You will work with the Plant Manager and hourly workforce to improve efficiencies, while managing Capex submissions for Colorado Front Range Aggregates and SAP inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience directly related to duties with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor plant activities and equipment maintenance.
• Assist personnel to achieve timely, efficient production schedules.
• Investigate abnormal events and equipment failures; perform adjustments or repairs.
• Conduct daily plant inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Analyze operations data and reconfigure areas to provide economical service.
• Maintain documentation of operations and incident reports; support customer service communications.
